I attended a 2 day conference here. I was dissappointed in the quality of the venue. Poor AV quality, where speaker was repeatedly kicked out of presentation, requiring assistance from staff. Main AV screen is 4 TVS set up next to each other instead of one large, clear screen. Difficult to see the visuals of the presentation due to 4 separate TVs breaking up the image. No convenient power banks to plug in laptops for attendees. The women's bathroom had no functional soap dispensers.

I received an email indicating a claim, yet the sender's address appears unusual. Could you please clarify your operational procedures?

Great spaces wonderfully and a bit crazily divided into small, medium, and large offices and meeting rooms. Great supporting facilities and infrastructure too. The general vibe is energetic and driven, getting stuff done!

Great Amount of Space For Events, Conferences & Networking 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

We used this space on the 12th floor for our SupportDriven summit. Space was great. Nice kitchen area (though the under-cabinet ice and water dispenser would have been better if we're didn't have to crouch to use it), clean restrooms, good TV setup.
