Expansive is a hidden gem yet, it’s so conveniently accessible to government and corporate offices in The Loop and West Loop, as well as major landmarks and tourist attractions. I like how the floors and offices feel vibrant and don’t give the sterile box-type aesthetic that most coworking spaces have. Most of all, our community manager, Sundas, is highly responsive and communicates with ease, efficiency, and empathy. If you’re looking for positive energy and a sense of community, this is the place for you!

Sundas & team do an excellent job of running a modernized co-working space at Expansive! Our team books private offices regularly and we’re always impressed with their hospitality — to the extent of working out air conditioning temperatures for us with facilities!
