Rented a meeting room. There is no printed layout guide inside the entrance to denote where anything is and no one to guide you. You just have to snake your way around the U shaped maze looking in rooms/offices that are dimly lit due to no outside light until you find what you think is the right room. If you rent a room you might need to stand outside to meet guests so they can follow you through to the destination. It's an old building with zero warmth converted into budget offices so don't expect anything nice, just old budget office rooms that get the job done not meant to impress anyone. The price for renting a smal, tightl conference room for 2 hours is $75.

We were in Coeur d'Alene for a week vacation and needed office space for a one day meeting. This place was fantastic! Beautiful conference room, great, high speed internet, convenient location with easily accessible parking. The owners were easy to work with and set us up for success. What a treat! Great place!
