Management and staffing changes have led to a noticeable decline in cleanliness, amenities, and basic maintenance. It seems there is a different new staff member in the management office every day, but no one is ever actually in the co-working space throughout the day maintaining and restocking amenities. Bathrooms are not kept clean (pink slime everywhere), soap not refilled, excretion splatter on the toilet bowls. Floors are not vacuumed or swept upstairs. There have been several instances of bugs and foul smells throughout the space. In addition to this, there is at least one instance of distracting maintenance/construction noise per week inside of the space without advance notice. It appears resources have been redirected to the new downstairs coffee shop while the co-working space is left to deteriorate.

The management and staff are such a pleasure to be around! Such a beautiful and clean space to work and get things done.

I absolutely love this co working space! The ladies in the office are the BEST they are always quick to answer any questions or concerns I have. The coffee shop in an added perk to what I love about this community.

The girls in the office are fantastic; they are great communicators and very professional!
