A complete rip-off. After being informed that a one-hour office booking made just six hours earlier could not be canceled, I suddenly noticed several additional bookings on my account that I never made, with my card information attached and charges pending. I had never even had an account with them prior to making the one-hour booking. I reached out to have my account deleted and the unauthorized bookings removed, but I’ve since been passed between multiple people for what should have been a simple request and it still remains unresolved. Poor communication, poor customer service.

A complete and total rip-off! I requested a refund 30 days before my lease began**, and** they refused. Despite having supposedly 24-hour access to the office, they told me at the last minute**,** after signing**,** that I was not allowed to park my company vehicle—which was necessary for operations. I have notified the state and will explore other legal options.
