Large Conference Room 2 | Tampa Office Evolution

When we first started renting our virtual office here we needed a notary and our mail scanned. We were told we would be provided these services- which we pay for monthly. We rent at the Westshore location. In the beginning we were receiving services as promised. However, over the past year or so, they consistently do not have a notary available which we were told was part of the monthly subscription and a BIG part of why we rented here. At times, we have been dragged to other floors or told flat out no notary is available when we were told there was one on staff. Additionally, they consistently do not scan ALL of our mail or are scanning it where it is illegible. This is despite the fact we have specifically stated how we NEED mail scanned - as a small business- on multiple occasions and even coached various staff on exactly what is needed. Management takes no time to train new employees scanning mail and we have to retrain ourselves - when we are paying for the service - any new person who comes in. Overall, it has served its purpose but definitely gone downhill. Beware.

Set up a business meeting here and it was far less expensive than a hotel (one of the major chain hotels I tried didn't even return my voicemail), with a friendly gentleman and the front desk and a perfectly-fine meeting room. Restrooms are a little inconveniently-located, but this is a great option.
