Meeting Room 1st Floor | The Link

We love the link! We have the family membership. My husband works there every day and I use the space when needed between client meetings. There are many different conference rooms and larger spaces available as well. The space works well for networking groups, events, and every day office needs.

Love this coworking/collab space! The facility is top notch and has all the gadgets you could need for small group jam sessions to community talks. Grateful to have a place like this

The facility was a perfect venue for our gathering of approximately 40 attendees. Parking was convenient, ample and free; the building was clean; the meeting room was bright; the tables and chairs were set up and arranged exactly as requested; the large screen TV system worked perfectly for our presentation. Nick was ALWAYS present, pleasant and accommodating. There was one aspect that fell short of expectations: The caterer we had contracted notified us only a week before our event that they would be unable to fulfill. Nick gave me a business card for Deanna Bone at The Link whom Nick said could give us some suggestions for alternate caterers. I called the number on the card and left a request on Deanna's voicemail to please call back. I waited several days, but had not heard from her, so I called the number again and spoke with Sage. She said she would email a list of caterers. I never received her response either, so with time running out we were forced to provide "do it yourself" food for our guests. Stressful.

The Link Building in Nocatee is a wonderful asset to our community. The friendly staff is accommodating and welcoming, providing comfortable meeting spaces, for groups, both large and small, as well as hosting educational and cultural events for adults and children. Our Del Webb Writers Group gathers there monthly, in a designated mid/ size room, which meets our needs perfectly.
