I came with my therapist and they thought of everything. What an amazing space and gift for the community. Particularly useful for deeper work when you do virtual therapy usually. The staff there was friendly and accommodating to my needs. I was able to do the work I needed and have space to process. Thank you all for what you do. I will say communication was a little tricky because of hours but they did always get back to me. It was definitely worth getting through that to get to the end result. Also the pin for Google maps is slightly off.

My party had a great paint throwing experience. However, I expected bigger canvases. The ones provided were an 8x10. We were not provided gear to protect clothes and shoes. I was told we had to bring our own. I did call to get more info so I was prepared but no answer. I will be back for the wreck room experience.

This was an amazing workshop, I went in not knowing what to expect and walked out feeling like a new woman… I highly recommend this to all woman…

This was an experience I was willing to try but I must admit I was not prepared for. I suppose hindsight says it was meant to be that way. I love what the ladies brought to my attention, I love that the sanctity and protection of our feelings were thought of and given safe space for. I love the idea that there is a place where I can be safe enough to feel ALL my feels and still walk away KNOWING I am going to be okay. The support hands down was amazing to receive. I loved seeing woman just be with no false pretenses. I loved that each woman’s willingness to be vulnerable was handled with care and compassion. 10/10 experience 🥹
