An incredible experience during my month working at the facility. I especially want to highlight the work of Anny Downs and María Vargas (Service Advisors). Their level of attention, friendliness, and proactivity not only demonstrates great professionalism but also completely elevates the experience in the building. They make the day-to-day work much more efficient and enjoyable. A truly valuable asset to Miami Tower!

Just visited the Quest workspace in Miami Tower and was greeted by two of the sweetest girls, Anny & Maria. They were so kind and helpful!! Love them!

Our team loved these facilities and the hospitality of the security guards and especially the ladies at the desk on the 38th floor. Our conference room waa spacious and had an amazing view. One recommendation would be to make the initial access guidelines clear to the guests. Other than that minor hiccup, it was an amazing experience that Id highly recommend.
