During the holiday season, a crucial time for receiving important mail, our mail mysteriously vanished while under the care of Office Edge Brickell. What made matters worse was that two of our valued clients had sent us holiday cards with gift cards, which never made it to us. This was not only a loss of sentimental value but also a loss of trust from our clients. When we reached out to the office manager to address the issue, their response was shockingly nonchalant. Instead of showing concern and taking immediate action to help us locate the missing mail, they brushed off the matter as if it was of no significance. This level of indifference and lack of assistance was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Considering the importance of customer service in any business, it is truly disheartening to encounter such a blatant disregard for client satisfaction. As a result of this experience, we made the decision not to renew our contract with Office Edge Brickell.
