We had an amazing stay at Nassau Suite Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Mercedes at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile. Her exceptional customer service made us feel valued and truly enhanced our experience in Miami. Thank you, Mercedes, for making our stay so special. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because of wonderful staff members like her!

The facilities are immaculate! The front of house service was exceptional, especially the service I received from Edouardo. He was warm, friendly and extremely attentive. Would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10!

Excellent hotel, nice and clean, excellent room service, the only thing that is problematic is the noise, the insulation between the rooms is terrible, we heard conversations at night from the room next to us.

Best experience we had in Miami so far, we changed an Airbnb plan by Nassau Ressort and it was the right decision, the hotel is well located and class, the rooms super clean and nice, the breakfast is awesome, and the staff is super nice, special thank you to Eduardo who was welcoming and helpful ! I will definitely recommend this place.
