I only use this location when I need to rent an office in the Ft. Lauderdale area, the staff is kind and very accommodating. Julie at the front always brightens my day when going to the office. From the community to the ladies that run the center, to the cleanliness to the maintenance. Everything here is top notch. I threw one of the coolest events I have ever done here and plan to build a big team here. Don't miss out on this place! They even have meeting rooms and a video production studio you can rent out even if you're not a member!

I love working out of this building! It’s very nice and clean. Everyone is so nice. I would recommend to anyone if you are looking for shared office space.
