Why am I still here? I have to say it’s because of Liz being the Office Mgr for this site. She is “FANTASTIC”! She is helpful and vibrant all the time. She knows her tenants well and is respectful all the time as a true professional. I find the office space in the common areas are always clean and inviting to all who come through the space. For they are given the same consideration no matter how small or big their corporate entity space might be. I believe my multi-state company has been here as your longed tenant in this office space (over 16 yrs) here in Wilmington. DE. I have seen tenants come and go. As well as Office Mgrs as well. Yet Liz I believe has been here the longest. I believe that she looks at her position here not as a job, but as a career.

I can’t say enough about Liz. I needed a small office and Liz from TKO Suites helped me find the perfect office space. She’s a real gem and I recommend her and TKO Suites for anyone who needs an office.

This is such a warm and welcoming environment! Liz does a great job of making everyone feel like they are more than just a customer. I would highly recommend TKO suites for office space or even just conference room rental.

Liz is amazing. Probably wouldn't be here if she wasn't here. I really enjoy it here.
