Conference Room 4 | The Yard: Washington DC

I've been renting a private office in the Yard at Eastern Market for three years and absolutely love it! The staff are warm and welcoming. Stepping off the elevator every morning, we are greeted by the smell of freshly brewing coffee. Throughout the day, the staff are here to answer questions and help with any issues. The space itself is bright, clean, and well maintained. Our guests and board members are always impressed by their visits to the Yard.

The experience greatly depends on who is working the front desk and the management team. I’ve been a member since 2020 and it is hit or miss. Some are great and others aren’t. If you consider a co-working space - I’d ask how they manage the space and if the owners care about their members and speak to community members.

We LOVE The Yard!!!! The staff is kind, attentive, professional and chill! And the space is perfect for meetings with my team, private sessions or just a different change of pace when I need it.

such a great location! Phone booths and quiet areas to work in were great. Plus its right next to the Trader Joes so I didnt even have to walk for lunch!
