We recently hosted an event at The Malin in Washington, DC, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hospitality really stood out. Pallavee was incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful throughout. From the walkthroughs beforehand to repositioning furniture and making adjustments to suit our event, they made the whole experience feel comfortable and effortless. Every member of staff we interacted with was helpful and attentive. The space itself is exceptional. The furniture, furnishings and décor are finished to an incredibly high standard, and it manages to feel comfortable and homely whilst still providing a very professional environment for an event. We had so many positive comments from attendees about the venue throughout the day. The technology also worked without a single hitch, which makes such a difference when you are running an event. Presentations and slides ran smoothly throughout, allowing us to focus entirely on our guests and the programme. A big thank you to Katie, who clearly leads a wonderful team, and to everyone at The Malin for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely use The Malin again and would happily consider it for other events in the future. Highly recommended.

Five stars, and I mean every one of them. I've been coming to The Malin's brand-new DC location since it opened this July, and as far as I can tell, I'm the first to review it, so I want to do it justice. Walk in and you'll understand immediately: this may be the most beautifully designed co-working space in DC. It's colorful, warm, curated down to the last detail. Working somewhere this intentional has been a genuine mood booster. But the space is only half of it — the team is what actually makes this place. Approachable, relatable, genuinely helpful, and visibly focused on building real community: every guest, day-pass visitor or full member, is welcomed and well taken care of. There aren't many offices I've genuinely not wanted to leave at the end of the day. This is one of them. Part of me wants to keep this place to myself, but we all deserve a co-working concept this good. If you value thoughtful design and real community, not just a desk or an office, come find it.
