Liberty Room | The Malin DC

Five stars, and I mean every one of them. I've been coming to The Malin's brand-new DC location since it opened this July, and as far as I can tell, I'm the first to review it, so I want to do it justice. Walk in and you'll understand immediately: this may be the most beautifully designed co-working space in DC. It's colorful, warm, curated down to the last detail. Working somewhere this intentional has been a genuine mood booster. But the space is only half of it — the team is what actually makes this place. Approachable, relatable, genuinely helpful, and visibly focused on building real community: every guest, day-pass visitor or full member, is welcomed and well taken care of. There aren't many offices I've genuinely not wanted to leave at the end of the day. This is one of them. Part of me wants to keep this place to myself, but we all deserve a co-working concept this good. If you value thoughtful design and real community, not just a desk or an office, come find it.
