I've worked from several coworking spaces over the years, and The Mark stands out for one reason above all else: the value for money is exceptional. As a designated desk member, I have significantly more space than I've had at other coworking spaces, where dedicated desk users often feel crammed into tight quarters or treated as second-tier members. At The Mark, I have a comfortable workspace with plenty of room, and I always feel like a valued part of the community. What truly sets this space apart, however, is the people. It still amazes me that the community manager and front desk team know virtually everyone by name and understand their individual needs. That level of personal attention creates a welcoming environment that is rare to find. The community events are another highlight. Whether it's a sushi lunch, International Cookie Day, or the monthly brunch, there are multiple opportunities each month to connect with other members and build relationships. While I have a home office and could easily work from home, I consistently find myself more productive when I'm at The Mark. The change of scenery, clean and bright workspace, reliable amenities, and thoughtful details like daily coffee, tea, and fruit water make a real difference. Everything runs smoothly, and the experience is consistently professional and enjoyable. If you're looking for a coworking space that combines excellent amenities, a genuine sense of community, and outstanding value, I highly recommend The Mark.

I’ve worked out of quite a few coworking spaces in DC, and The Mark is one of the most thoughtfully designed spaces I’ve seen. Everything feels intentional—from the lighting and furniture selection to the overall layout and flow of the space. It has a polished, high-end feel while still being comfortable and functional for getting real work done. The lounges, phone booths, and shared areas are all exceptionally well done. What also stands out is the management. The space is consistently clean, organized, and professionally operated. It never feels chaotic or overcrowded, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about maintaining a quality environment. They also host great events that make the space feel like an actual professional community rather than just a place to sit and work. Overall, The Mark feels much more refined and professional than the average coworking space.

While the space is nice, if you have actual work to do, this isn’t your place. Very limited hours. Staff is generally unfriendly and police rather than collaborative. Been to many coworking and the vibe here is by far the worst I have experienced So disappointed as the space is amazing but this place isn’t for anyone with a serious job with calls or work that begins before 8am or needs to go past 5pm. They also randomly close “early” and kick out people. Avoid, so many great alternatives in DC.

The community here is great. They try to do something every week, whether it’s ice cream socials, happy hours, catered lunch, etc. Tons of natural light, and 10-15 phone booths scattered about for virtual meetings.
