Extremely disappointing experience, particularly given that I continued paying membership fees for months while being unable to properly use the services I was paying for. Ongoing issues made the membership largely unusable for me, yet I continued to be charged throughout this period. Given that I had paid for service that I could not reasonably use, I asked the company to waive my final bill. I thought this was a fair and reasonable request considering the circumstances. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they refused and responded with emails that I found unnecessarily hostile and dismissive. My biggest concern is not simply that there were problems, problems can happen. It is how the company handled those problems while continuing to collect membership fees, and then how they treated a paying customer who asked for a reasonable adjustment after months of disrupted service.

Worst mail center ever. It’s been several months now, and they have seemingly abandoned mail sorting altogether. Even when I sent mail to myself specifically for verification and testing, they still failed to locate it.

I had an office at Expansive for several years and recently completed my move-out process. Throughout my time there, the facility was clean, professional, and conveniently located. The staff was always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to thank Marcella Martinez and Daniel Pantoja for their professionalism, kindness, and support. During my transition out of the office, they were both incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their communication, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. Businesses evolve and circumstances change, but what stands out is how people treat you during those transitions. Marcella and Daniel handled everything with care, professionalism, and a positive attitude. If you’re looking for a flexible office solution with a supportive team, I would definitely recommend Expansive.
