I was a tenant under their management. The Engles We’re very hard to get a hold of. After vacating it took almost a month to get my deposit back throughout communications. There would be zero responses half the time. Completely ghosted. Questions went unanswered. Just super horrible service to begin with. I finally got my deposit back, but like I say, it took almost a month, which is actually illegal in the state of California. They may be great for the owner, but they are horrible with their tenants.

Scott at RMG has been very responsive and always punctual. I’m not sure yet how quickly the house will be rented, but I’ve been very satisfied with the entire process so far, from our initial communication through handing over all the keys. He has been professional, reliable, and easy to work with.
