I have a couple homes in El Cajon and these guys do the best property management For us, they always make it easy. They’re always on point with letting us know what needs to be done and any issues. They always handle everything without me having to worry. I saw the reviews and I thought they were one of the best rated in San Diego so I tried them out and I became friends with the owner and honestly best decision I made. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but if I am it means I’m that happy

I interviewed four different companies to manage my condo, and wow… most of them were total rip-offs. Being a landlord already comes with extra costs — upgrades, management expenses, higher insurance — so why pay even more? If your home is in good condition, a lot of these “premium” services are just a waste of time and money. I’m really glad we chose RMG. Scott was quick to follow up every time, and once our tenant was placed, both Scott and Donna stayed consistently communicative throughout the entire process. I had so many realtor friends tell me to just manage the property myself — absolutely not. Finding this company gave me real peace of mind. We’re not going to end up in the hole just to collect rent. They also do yearly inspections, and they don’t break the bank either. Overall, I feel confident and taken care of.

After dealing with a bad tenant on my own I wanted to give a property management company a chance before selling my investment property. As an out of state Military owner I value experience, transparency in pricing and fast communication. With RMG I received all 3. They listed my home quick and placed a tenant within 3-days. No more headaches of contract agreements, repair estimates or needing a neighbor to be at my home for HOA mandated fire inspections. Relationships are built on trust over time and through difficult circumstances. Heres to hoping my second review in a few years time is even better than the first!

Realty management group is the best property management group in all of San Diego. They are always there when you need them and get things done. 10/10 would never use anyone else!
