Impossible to get ahold of for inspection because I'm moving. Trying to force me to communicate through SophieAI which by responding to, you agree to their terms and conditions which I do not. I'm not legally required to talk to them through their AI because it is not written in my lease, yet they will do nothing to contact me about my move out which is coming up in 2 weeks. They kept my security deposit back in 2017 illegally but I was young and did not know that was illegal and it seems like they are once again trying to keep my deposit because they are refusing to contact me about my move out inspection. Do NOT move to an arthaus building.

It'd be nice to have rent/utilities payment, maintenance requests all in one easy to find app (like the prior management company had). ArtHaus took over management back in September (?), and I still don't know where to submit a maintenance request other than through an email. I've gotten an email from a YES Energy for utilities but no "official" notification from ArtHaus that this outfit was handling billing OR instructions on setting up an online account with this company. All of these things should have been established BEFORE ArtHaus took over property management.
