7 am to 6 pm access (after paying for your booking, please check your email for access instructions.) 95 sq. ft. with desk and seating for one or two people (maximum). Note: this space is on the 2nd floor with stairs-only access. Our most quiet room, for one person plus guest, furnished with desk and chairs, microphones, voice recorder, acoustic wall treatments, and optional green screen. Record your next podcast in our podcast studio, equipped with industry-standard audio equipment. (~95 sq ft) Free parking, secure automated access to the building, complimentary coffee / tea bar. The Jade Podcast Studio Office is on the SECOND FLOOR. As you enter the lobby, go STRAIGHT AHEAD, then turn RIGHT to go up the stairs. Once upstairs, Jade will be STRAIGHT AHEAD. Look for the room with the name "Jade" on the door. Please note: An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be assessed if the room is left dirty. Avoid extra charges by cleaning up after your booking.

I absolutely love this co-working space. It's peaceful. I can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making it home. I love the crystals that bring the place a lot of good energy. I have been coming here to study. You can book private rooms if needed or use the complimentary 1 hour for meetings. There's a nice kitchen to eat and take breaks. I'm within walking distance of shopping and food areas. Highly recommend.

Super convenient, easy to book, and Eric and team are super responsive! Other than the one guy who takes calls in the common area from time to time, it's very quiet, highly recommend!
