I worked from Local Collaborative Hermosa while visiting LA and absolutely loved it. Bright, modern space with fast Wi-Fi, plenty of places to focus, and a relaxed but professional vibe. Super friendly team and amazing location near the beach. It’s a perfect spot to stay productive while traveling. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this place! As a long-time Hermosa local, I was curious about this space since I first saw it open. I work from home and the post-covid itch to get back out into the world became inescapable. So I decided to cave into my curiosity and come check out this space. Glad I did! My first impression was one of welcome—because of both the people (Lauren who is the community manager is so genuine and wonderful!) and the amazing natural light. Bonus points to Local Collab for the beer on draft and the beach views. :)

I found this space while in-town for business. Really nice working environment combined with preserved history. Quiet and Lauren (site manager) was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them for future visits.

This is an amazing working space!! It has everything you need: large collaborative spaces, private rooms, free Wi-Fi, outlets, coffee, water, and great customer service! Not to mention, steps away from the beach. I highly recommend working from this space if you want a vibrant area to focus.
