Outlet was the perfect home base while I was on assignment in Folsom. Getting settled in was essentially effortless as Andrew was incredibly accommodating. They have a surprising variety of updated, modern meeting & conference rooms but I mainly took advantage of the open area and complementary coffee and snacks. Overall, i highly recommend as this will continue to be my go to spot whenever I'm in town.

I’ve had my business for over 20 years, and until recently, I had never really explored the idea of a co-working experience. I had heard of it, but I honestly didn’t think it would be beneficial for me. Over the years, I’ve had customers in competitor environments and saw firsthand how poorly some spaces and businesses were run. Because of that, I was hesitant. But joining the Outlet Coworking family in Folsom has truly been one of the best business decisions I’ve made. I was used to working from a home office, and while that can be great if it works for you, I started to feel like I was losing focus and motivation in certain areas. Once I made the commitment to get an office space here, my production increased by at least 42%, based on my billables. That showed me I may have gotten a little too comfortable in my home office environment, and that this space has given me a more focused approach, renewed motivation, and the structure I needed. Travis, Andrew, and Harry have been incredibly hospitable and personally helped make my transition into this new environment smooth and comfortable. They made it feel like more than just an office — it feels like a home away from home. I can’t speak highly enough about the space, the staff, and the overall vibe. It’s something you really have to experience to understand. For anyone who is on the fence or feels like they may need a change of scenery, I highly recommend checking out one of their offices in the area. For me, it had to check all the boxes — and not only did it do that, it created new ones and checked those as well.

Great overall experience at the coworking space - solid community, solid people, and solid for getting work done in a balanced way. The main coworking areas are quiet enough, but the meeting rooms and phone booths are great for calls/deep work. The kitchen is well equipped and there's a really solid walking path around the business park, plus some fountains nearby parks etc for taking a break. The 24/7 access plan helped a ton for days where deep work or projects needed to get past the finish line too. Really solid stuff, thanks Travis, Andrew and the team. I'll be back from Canada again some day

I’m a member of Outlet Coworking based in Roseville. I have enjoyed setting up my work day in the Midtown location as well. Variety is the spice of life for digital nomads. Since the Folsom location has opened I have been spending more time there and the space certainly rivals the other locations in terms of the aesthetic feel and my goodness the views from the conference room are incredible. If you appreciate flexibility in multiple office locations with all of the value that comes with a monthly membership (did I mention the coffee and office snacks?) the Outlet Coworking membership can’t be beat. It gives me a built in excuse to schedule lunch meetings and after work meetups across Sacramento and Placer County.
