We’ve had a great experience at Business Central. The team is very accommodating and pleasant to work with, and they go above and beyond with things like Friday breakfasts for tenants. The building amenities—like the relaxation room—are a nice touch and make it a great place to operate our business.

Business Central has been a tremendous home for my business. The facilities are great, my customers rave about the shared conference rooms, and the staff is beyond 10/10. Front office, maintenance, and IT are all consistently pleasant and responsive. I've never felt dismissed, unimportant, and every concern I have brought up has been address quickly and to my satisfaction. The amenities are good, and the special events are always thoughtful and fun. We are across the street from Lake Natoma with incredible walking trails and surround by great food on all sides. We have been tenants at the Folsom Business Central location for many, many years. We love it here. We love it so much that we opened a second office at Business Central on Watt Avenue in Sacramento. The service has been outstanding at both locations. The grounds are lovely, well manicured, and tranquil. The executive lounge at both locations are very inviting and relaxing.
