Spent three months working from this space and loved every bit of it! It’s the perfect mix of a peaceful, modern vibe and a setup that lets you be a productivity beast. Massive shoutout to the host, who is so warm, welcoming, and friendly. She is fantastic at her job and does a brilliant job managing the space and looking after everyone.

Super clean and bright office. Height adjustable desk worked great with my two monitor set up. Short walk to great restaurants and coffee shops. Can feel the ocean breeze when you step outside. Run by a really kind and helpful team. Great place to work!

If you're looking for a coworking space, Tower16 is it. As both a native and local of Encinitas, I can say Tower16 embodies the upbeat surfer town vibe while also maintaining a fun, professional coworking environment. Erica and Mike are the heart of the space. They're super helpful and kind every time you walk in, always with a smile on their face. They genuinely care about making your day better. They've curated an amazing place to work that feels new and clean every single day. The workstations are top notch, the kitchen is always stocked and tidy, and the tenants they attract are incredibly kind and professional. They even have a surfboard storage rack and a shower for those morning surf sessions before you dive into work. Lastly, the location is amazing. The beach is just a few blocks away, and it's a short walk to some great quick eats in the area — Fish 101, Haggo's, Roberto's, Corner Pizza. There's also an incredibly fun local dive bar perfect for after work happy hour. I cannot recommend Tower16 enough.
