Day Office | Business Workspaces

Was looking for a space outside of my home and found this place just 5 minutes away. I wasn’t sure if this was going to be long term, but wanted to try it! I let them know of my intentions and they got everything in place for the next day. After a month I noticed that the co working space really only had one other person out of 10, and he was listening to my conversations, which I know happens accidentally but it seemed to be more intentional. Then I noticed the front desk person spending a lot of unprofessional time with him. It felt awkward and I decided that I needed more privacy. I moved out the next day and let the manager know. She was disappointed but understood and let me waive the 60 day notice that she said was typical with the agreements! I was thrilled; however, as soon as I got home, I got an email from her retracting everything that she told me verbally and said that I had signed a six month agreement and I was obligated to pay the full six months. I read through the contract and there were no term conditions only one small area that said six months…there were no release dates or any sort of early term agreements; my fault I should’ve read that clearly. When I asked the team about my prompt exit and whether or not they have been advertising the spot they said no, and we’re gonna continue to charge me for the full six months. In my opinion, this is highly unethical for a large business. They need to clearly outline the term agreements and allow for people to make exceptions when they need to term early. Their contracts are flawed and it’s my fault and a life learned lesson, however I think this company is highly unethical and I would never do business with them again.

The staff is very polite and professional. The facility was clean and staff was extremely accommodating of our last minute changes.

The front desk and management team are top notch. I've had my office here for quite a while. My clients and I appreciate the professional and friendly environment. Amazing conference rooms, comfortable lobby/waiting area, clean bathrooms, spacious kitchen, printing/mailing area--it's all great. And easy to find.

As a member here I feel that the facility is top notch, the location is excellent and the entire team (Brenda, Gerlyn and Tiffany) are incredible!!! They make my business easy everyday. I would recommend this location to everyone. I couldn’t be happier.
