I've traveled all across the US and Europe using my Croissant subscription to access shared workspaces, always in need of a quick spot to be productive. But the moment Jasmine Montoya opened the door to TrueWork in Carlsbad, CA, I knew I had found 'the' space. Jasmine is truly exceptional—one of the best community managers I’ve ever encountered. She made me feel welcomed and at home right away. From logistics to emails, printing, space access, phone booths, coffee—whatever I needed, Jasmine solved it within seconds, and I was back to work without ever feeling rushed. Today I asked for a permanent key because this place has become my favorite workspace, and I’ll be coming back often!
