It doesn't appear this is for individual workspace needs. Rather it appears it is for small to medium sized companies.

I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. I scheduled an appointment to tour the facility, but when I arrived, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. The manager, who was supposed to meet with me, wasn’t available, and I was told to call later for pricing information. When I tried to ask basic questions, I was abruptly told to contact the manager instead. If this is how they treat someone interested in renting an office, I can only imagine how clients or guests would be treated. Very disappointing experience.

Wow what a beautiful location, lots of light, open space and incredible views of the mountains around the office. An excellent space to concentrate and get work done. Lucinda the General Manager is super accommodating and the entire office gives off good vibes from the reception to the other clients here. No wonder this space is in such high demand. Grab any unit you can and settle in to get your work done.
