I am a current customer and I hate it here. There is literally no one who could help me with my account pertaining to unexplained charges or anything else. I called the one 800 number and have never got an answer not once. I also emailed them at least 6 times, also no response. But when l signed up they were amazing. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service.
