I attended a four-day training course, and the language school had booked me at this location. The staff were very helpful. The facilities were adequate; the only downside was that the sinks in the women's restroom were under renovation, so we couldn't wash our hands after using the toilet.

Extremely comfortable place to work / study with a great, trendy neighborhood view. Staff is extremely accommodating (for English-speakers also). 24-hour access. Coffee, tea, and dairy provided.
