Esthetically pleasing, functionally disappointing. I signed up for a 4 visit pass to try it out first and so glad I didn't commit to more. I only used 3 of the days. I've been to a lot of coworkings around the world and usually dont use headphones. The biggest issue here is the complete lack of soundproofing. There is one call booth-you can hear everything being discussed in all the other areas. The kitchen, where a lot of meetings happen, is at the other end of the space connected by a hall but without a door. So you can hear everything. The private offices are not soundproofed and often the occupants take calls anyway with the door open. Long term members also seem to just take long, detailed personal calls in the open main room. Within 3 visits I know more than I should or want to know about peoples businesses and private lives. I kept hoping that it was a one time occurrence but it was so distracting that I ended up leaving to go home to work every time. If you want a spot to concentrate and work this is not it. I have reasonable expectations for shared spaces but the etiquette here amongst what seems to be a more middle age clientele is disappointing to say the least. It's an add on space for income by an architecture and design firm that put no care into shared office space functionality. The positives: it is clean and a pretty space. I liked the option of a reasonable flex pass. I'm new to Toronto and I tried this out because of the ratings and it was in my area. I have no ulterior motive than an honest review.

Clean, quiet, user-friendly space. I rented a dedicated desk while in town for a month. The space was part of a long table in the common area, separated by partitions, with a private locking file cabinet. I left a monitor and other equipment there with no issues. The dedicated desk seating was a decent ergonomic chair. Wifi was adequate (no problems to report). There is one phone closet that I used a lot for calls. The community manager was extremely responsive and accommodating.

Highly recommend this boutique coworking space for any independent businesses. The flexibility, sense of community, and location (highly TTC and bike accessible) are excellent. The space itself is very bright, open, and well-maintained. It is operated by the architecture firm upstairs, so help is always nearby and comes with a personalized touch - no red tape, very responsive, and transparent.
